1. What you're buying

A winning bid purchases digital ad placement on this page: your logo, brand name, and a link, shown in the panel you bid on for as long as your bid remains the highest (or until the auction closes). Digital placement is applied automatically upon successful payment and is the core, always-delivered product.

2. Physical placement

Some panels also include a physical-placement component, shown on the page as a bonus to the digital listing. Physical placement is fulfilled at our discretion and may take the form of a case, cover, skin, decal, wrap, stand, or other accessory associated with the gaming PC — rather than a permanent or direct modification made to the gaming PC itself. We choose the specific form, material, size, and exact method of physical placement, and may substitute a different physical placement of comparable visibility if the originally described method turns out to be impractical, unsafe, unavailable, or likely to damage the gaming PC.

The gaming PC shown does not exist yet at the time of writing. It is assembled once sufficient bids are received, and physical placement follows on the schedule described on the auction page (this rig doesn't exist yet — we build it once enough bids come in, then your logo goes up for a minimum of 30 days within 90 days of that). Digital placement is unaffected by build timing and applies immediately regardless.

3. Bidding & being outbid

Each panel has one live slot. A higher bid from another brand replaces the current holder for that panel's digital placement going forward; it does not undo or refund placement time that already occurred, since that service (the exposure already delivered) was already rendered. There is no free trial and no promotional credit — every placement is a paid, one-time purchase of the placement window described on the page at the time of purchase.

4. No affiliation

Brand My Gaming PC is an independent, satirical project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand shown on this page.

5. Content & removal

We may decline, remove, or replace any submitted logo or brand at our discretion — including for illegal content, infringing marks, or anything that misrepresents the relationship between the bidder and Shashwat — without owing a refund for placement time already delivered up to that point.

6. No guarantees

This is a small, independently run project. We don't guarantee any specific level of traffic, engagement, or outcome from placement, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses connected to a purchase made on this site.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update this page from time to time as the project evolves. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the current version.
